Where to report TomTom software errors?

Hello!

I have found a error in calculating time to destination in one map! This seems to be a software error, because in other maps TomTom seems to claculate the time correct.

Where is the correct place to inform TomTom about it, and also to be sure the "right persons" will get the message?

All you can do is to document the problem carefully, include the software version number, and submit it via the TomTom support web site.

I've sended mail via My TomTom, and got alot of questions from there. I answeared them, and now I'll wait for the solution for the problem.
