bmw need speed camera working through speakers

So I have a e92 3 series bmw
How do I go about installing camera database via inbuild professional sat navigation?
Do I install database onto usb then upload it into Satnav?
Is there a step by step guide how to do this?
Also how would I update the camera database as new ones are available every week or so so don't want to have to usb update every week!

If you have a pre LCI car with CCC (DVD based) Navigation you can buy replacement (after market) DVDs complete with speed camera info, I don't think you can update them though and I've no idea how good / accurate or up to date the information is!

If it's the later CIC (hard drive based) or the latest NBT Sat Nav, user poi cannot be added, which totally rules out the speed camera database.
