I have had an issue over the last couple of weeks where CameraAlert on my iPhone 6 (iOS 8.4) has not been alerting me to all cameras.

When I download the camera database I see the usual download and processing with the database size counting up, but when completed it shows as follows.

Server: 13.075 (39612)
Device: 13/075 (0)

Is this related? Any ideas how to resolve this?

Thank you

David

Looks like the latest download didn't work.

I'd do two things..

First, do a restart of the iPhone to give it a nice refresh.
Then download the cameras again.

Done. Did not help.

If you mean press "download database" in the app did not do anything - this has been the same for the last 2 or the database updates I have downloaded within the app.

Or do you mean delete the app and reinstall to the phone? Will that mean I have to re-register it's device ID with my account?

Thanks

Hi DavidIr,

When you have CamerAlert running and look in Manage Cameras, are you logged in (in Status), you should see Subscription valid until xxxxxx with your userid in brackets.

If you're not signed on then sign on.

If you've followed Dennis's suggestions then try deleting the CamerAlert APP and then reinstalling it and then signing back on.

If that fails then you may need to log a support query.

Regards,
