It does support MP3 format.
In what way does it "support mp3 format"?
The audio unit supports MP3 certainly but that doesnt mean that the sat-nav bit does.
Nothing in the instructions would lead you to think so, unless the chargeable speed cameras that the unit is able to support was to use it? Has anyone ever used to chargeable cameras that Nissan seem not to push at all? Do they even know the facility exists? _________________ TomTom Go 540 - V9.058, Map GB & Ireland 860.3101

Can't help with an answer but Qashqai forum has a lot of member mentions that the POCKET GPS warnings are inadequate on the Nissan; very tame beep and the camera icon appears on Connect display if you have map showing...not some other function.
Would be great to have a skunk works version (of database) for Nissan Connect 2 system with voice warning, just to see if it would actually work
The US version of the Qashqai's Connect has facility for text messages to be read to you for example, but not in UK.
So functionality may already be there _________________ Gel

Could Admin advise pse, is there another database here that uses a CSV format, like Nissan's but with a VOICEPACK?
I could then experiment and upload into my Connect and see if the voice warning is triggered alongside Nissan's little beep on approaching a camera. _________________ Gel
