From memory, you need to eMail it (to yourself) and open it using NotePad or similar once on your PC. Then delete it from the phone to start again.

EDIT - I couldn't find anything in the manual either but I believe -

Settings-Advanced Settings- Tick the *RecordTrack* box. Then enter your eMail address in *Recipient email address* on the following line.

Return to map page/operation mode.

Menu- You shall now have a Fith Icon called - My Tracks. Follow the options. If you save to storage, you can then share it by email or other means. Once safely exported, press the *clear* button.

As you have previously mentioned, all files are called the same (mytrackfile.zip or similar) so be careful not to overwrite the files before you have extracted the required information.
