Maps and iPad app

I hadn't used the iPad app for quite a while, as I mostly use my GO530, and I was surprised to find how out of date the map was although the last app update was in May.

I searched the Tom Tom website and it appears to say map updates are included when the app is updated. Have I got that right ?

I have been doing map corrections when I find errors, but can't find a way to change turn restrictions. Is there a way ?
