Hi, I don't know much about the the 7100 pro but reading this http://discussions.tomtom.com/t5/GO-800-1000-2000-Via-Start-20/LOADING-POIS-DATA-BASE-ON-A-7100-PRO-TRUCK/td-p/33503 it look as though you would need to download your preferred set of the TomTom OV2 files.
You may get a better response if you ask on the TomTom Portable Navigation Devices forum.
