The position is determined at the time when you touch the Camera Icon on the screen of your phone.

Be aware that when you do so whilst moving, accuracy depends on how good you are at hitting the button at the right spot. Your GPS location is accurate to xx yards and you yourself will be accurate to within a few yards too. It's something we've come to learn over the years - you get better at it when you've done a few dozen. Very Happy

A few dozen? Sheesh. Smile

I only know of one more in this area and I haven't put that one in yet. It has been a trap site for several years and a couple of months ago I was told they were there at 20:00 in the dark!! ( obviously)

One other thing; when we have mobile sites shown close together it usually means the killing ground is between them as is the case in the two I submitted which led to this informative thread. However the cameras either end are shown as reversible which is not strictly correct.

The trapper vans are shooting at vehicles in the killing ground both driving towards them and driving away but do not turn around and trap in the area not covered by the killing ground as could happen if a cop with a hand-held laser was there. Perhaps a reversible arrow in the middle of such areas would be useful, no?

You should get out more (I do 50-80,000 miles a year). Laughing

Just settle for two cameras, one at each end and both reversible. We can think of lots of ways to improve matters, but few that are practicable.

No, because that would bot be at a camera site.

But it would show that the cameras at either end of that site were shooting into that area.
