I only use my phone with Camera Alert app, but I can no longer link this app to my PGPS account as I get message saying Too Many Devices Linked.
As an Android user, I regularly change the firmware of my phone which I guess also changes the Android ID of my phone.
I can install TomTom and every other app on as many devices as I own, so it seems daft that I can no longer use CameraAlert.

| i am trying to find out how to amend the devices i have the cameralert loaded on to. i have changed my phone but cant update the database as it is installed on 3 already. how do i delete one? i cant find where it says what is installed onto |

One of the big blue tabs with the word 'Support' on it towards the top right of this page is a bit of a clue as to how to do it  |

As you can CamerAlert. It's the database that we are protecting, for obvious reasons!

The big difference is that other apps can only be downloaded to devices with the email address used to purchase it, whereas CamerAlert can be installed on up to 3 devices with any email address (so the Mrs can use it) - I think that's more than reasonable!
