loss of satellite on tt One IQ edition

Hi all recently I have suffered from getting satelitte fix, I am a service engineer so its off and on all day, when I switch it on to navagate to my next call sometimes in cant pick up the satellittes, I update once a week, usually when down loading pgps speed cams, and update the quickgpsfix thingy
anyone had a similar problem?

Have the same model TomTom since it first came out and also update quickfix on a regular basis, but consistantly get a fix within seconds with no problem..
