No sound after install of Speed Camera ZIP file- Tom Tom VIA

Last week, for the first time, I installed the SINGLE ZIP file for Speed Cameras to my Tom Tom VIA Live and since I have lost all sound.
Before, I installed each file seperately and had no problem.
My usual routine is to install any Tom Tom updates and then install PGPSW speed camera updates.
I have just installed this weeks update (31 Oct 12) as a single file, hoping this might over-write any problem, but still no sound. I then tried 'the old method' of each file seperately, but still no sound.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
