Xpedition routes

Am I doing something wrong here?
I've tried looking in Xpedition for some walking routes. It says it has over 46,000 routes, but if I select "walking" in the options and put a county in for location I get 4 for Shropshire, 3 for Cheshire and only 1 for Staffordshire.
This is a fair chunk of England with a lot of walkers in the area; is this really all the routes uploaded out of the 46000+ or am I doing something wrong?
