I had to replace my iPhone at the weekend and have followed through to install everything but now I am getting Red Squares for the Camera's.
I changed the files to PNG and 44x44 on the X2 files.

Can anyone help remind what to do to resolve? Question

Go to the page that contains the instructions on how to install the cameras to the iPhone app and download a fresh set of data which will include the icons already saved as png so they can simply go straight in to the map folder on the iPhone.

Note. Earlier versions of TomTom iPhone app software needed bmp format icons with the file extension re-named to png The newer releases need the icons in true 24bit png format in order to work. If you download a fresh set you will get the advantage of the newer slightly larger icons created for use with the iPhone4 - Mike
