Speed Cams on Quest 2 - help needed!

We have someone in our support tickets who was sent to us by Garmin to get speed cameras.

They have got the cameras installed as they show up when he goes to 'Find near me' and then 'Custom POIs'. However he's not getting any icons on the map or any audible alerts when passing cameras.

None of the team have a Quest 2 so I was wondering if anyone could give us some idea of what settings to try to get the icons and alerts working??!!
