Is anyone aware of any of the current UK Sat Nav apps having a TV out facility ?

I know if i jailbreak the phone i can have permanent TV out, but have a 4S so not possible at moment.

Would love to get phone output onto my JVC AVX740.

In the states the MotionX Drive app does exactly this.
