Apparently the "Clarkson" version of the TomTom was only routing people over sites of special scientific interest and up delicate national monuments. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

Seems like good value as long as you can remove the original voices and replace them with Tim etc. _________________ TT Go Essential |

TomTom Voice Store (Free and Chargeable) now functions for the 1000 series, and works very well - full automatic install on your unit when you checkout, so I would presume easy to change the voice if an alternative isn't already included (which I would suspect - read HOPE - it is!) _________________ TomTom Go Live 6100, 600

What makes you think it's a 1000 series? You'd think TT would have the gumption to give a clue, but they haven't. So the link to phone compatibility, for example, doesn't have mention of the GO Top Gear. Don't ever visit a TomTom brewery with a party in mind! _________________ Dennis
