Confusing Tomtom models!

Ive pretty much decided to go the tomtom route (no pun intended!) but I'm really finding it confusing to workout exactly what the differences are between these 3 models:

Go1005
Go Live 825
Via Live 125

I can see that the Go1005 has a capacitive touch screen (very nice too!) but what on earth are the other differences between the models?

Also, I really love the quantity and quality of the POI's in the Garmiin product, they seem to be considerably better than what's available as standard on the TT's. Can these new generation of TTs have lots of POI's added easily?
I'd really like to add the PGPSW POI database in there!

Sorry for all the questions, haven't bought a GPS since my Pocket PC days!!

A few differences

Capacitive multi-touch screen on the Go1005, not on the others (as you've said)

Different mounts - flip-out on Via and 825, free-standing magnetic easy-release on Go1000

Different power connector (micro USB on Via and 825, multi pin on Go1000

Voice command on the Go1005, don't think it's on the others.

Micro SD card slot on the 825 (but not yet enabled in software), not on the others at all.

Faster processor in Go1005?

Audio line out on Go1005 (with accessory dock only). Not available on others.

You can now add POIs etc. (including th e PGPSW camera database and it's voice warnings) to all three models.
