Well, it DID feature in mine for what it's worth. It also featured in my response to the email asking me to fill one in to say why I had not renewed my Live Services subscription (for the XL Live I didn't renew, as opposed to the 550 Live I did renew earlier).

However, I suspect these comments will land up in File 13 - TT like the good points, so free text boxes are usually anathema to their surveys and questionnaires, which in turn are usually questions like "What do you like about TT Safety Cameras, tick all which apply..." - Note, not do you like, or what do you NOT like about.
