Hi
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.
On Sunday morning the A1 was closed around Leeming in North Yorkshire. HD Traffic confirming such, however my 540 still tried to route me along the closed road.
Not a problem for me as I knew about the closure in advance and had amended by route accordingly, but it could have been as the official diversion was rather long... |

all the way to it, the diversion rote was the A19 at Dishforth, road tapered and closed, TT trying to send me up the road.
Very disappointed in TT, just what is the point if it sends you up roads it knows is closed?
anyone else had similar experiences, or is it just me? |

| Not had that particular problem but have seen HD Traffic unaware of a closure - A322 through Bracknell a couple of weeks back. This was a well publicised closure so luckily I knew about it but HD Traffic just kept quiet and would have gone that way. |

If the HD traffic doesn't show the closure, then that's fair enough. Poor, but understandable.
But to try and route you through a section of road that is closed, is ridiculous.... |

For the last week, My TT has tried to route me AWAY from an OPEN road that it thinks is closed...
It's the A47 near Thorpe Wood in Peterborough, where the A47 heads towards Bretton - or HERE
Approaching from the A47 from Wansford, or the A1260 from South P'boro, I get told to take Bretton Way.
The A47 is STILL open and there are NO planned closures along this section.
