From 10 days me and other italian beta tester have a issue in location search.
If I try to search my home street "via aldo moro, san giorgio in bosco, padova" the results isn't right... Is found just south italy cities but my home is in north italy.
If I try to search Turin I have the same issue.
Any solution? |

I have the same problem.
Starting a couple of weeks ago, I have a problem with my telmap 5 (beta tester).
Telmap could not find any address I look for.
When I type an address in the search field I always get the answer: "no address found". I can find only some address of Sicilian Cities (south of Italy).
Could anyone plase help us?

PS: I have a BlackBerry 8700 and Telmap 5. Re-installed because the initial registration period of 12 months was expired and I re-registered and re-installed like Telmap says). |

Maybe this is a simple problem, that you do not have selected Italy to search for ?
I once thought telmap is unable to find a location outside of my home country, but, it work, if you select the country before starting a search:
1. klick search,
2. press the blackberry button (left of trackpad)
3. choose "change country"
now enter your search term.
I dont find this a very straightforward way, but, the interface of telmap has not changed since. |

Very simple solution man... But don't work!
Italy was selected, I re-select and try but don't solve issue.
I've heard this issue is for a coming of a new release and some europen telmap user have the same issue... |

Just checked if I am able to do a search.
checked milano and roma, but only wrong results are returnd. also the Enlish variation of the names does not give a result. |

Today tried with V5.4 to locate Roma oder Milano.
The Software still has a preference for Cities in Sicilia, like Milazzo.
It finds the Ariport near Rome or Milano. But, not the City itself. |

this is very strange and annoying, until two weeks ago Telmap found every street here in Italy, now it can not find anything. I hope that will soon solve the problem  |

I've got the same issue. It doesn't seem to be able to search any address in Italy. Anybody (admin  ) knows how to fix it? I don't care to navigate in any other contry with my BB!!!!!! thanx |
