Transferring itineraries to the iphone 4

Hi people,
having made plans to go on a tour this summer on the bike, it brings me to my nav setup.... again.
In previous years I used a windows mobile device or PC based device.
I planned routes on Autoroute and coverted them to ITN files for TT.
I now have an Iphone 4 and the TT app does not support itineraries grrr
My question.
Is there any nav apps for the Iphone 4 that allow PC planning and transferring itinerary to the iphone ??
