iPod Touch or iPhone?

Hi
Does anyone know if GPS apps like the Navigon or CoPilot which are designed for the iPhone (which has an in-built GPS receiver) will work with the iPod Touch (which does not have an in-built GPS receiver but can be mounted on the TomTom iPod car kit which has a GPS receiver built into it)? Certainly it looks as if the same TomTom app works with both provided the iPod Touch has the proper mount.

Navigon will, CoPilot doesn't (as far as we're aware)

All nav apps 'should' work as the cradle presents GPS to the iPod at the operating system layer. The app need not know there is a cradle there.

The only issue may be with an app that expects to have a data connection.

I can confirm that Navigon works.
