I would assume so. She said it would be added in a minor update to Aura3 on Android and iOS.

Thanks

I would be interested hearing from anybody who has got Aura working on their Hero. I know Sygic says it needs a 3D chip but .......

it's built into the app to detect the 3D chip. I installed the 30day demo but as soon as you run it it says it needs the 3D chip and closes.

the only way you could get around that would be to add some kind of hack to the ROM that tells the OS that the device has a 3d/graphics accelerator.

can't see anyone going to that length though. angry birds doesn't run well at all on the hero for the same reason. i doubt very much that it could run Aura.

Just been notified that they have started to add the custom POI support from their feedback site - http://goo.gl/IkCIG

On Android I found a few improvements from MM to Aura but there are a few annoyances - I have yet to work out how to get an eta on the navigation screen

Aura 3 has options for the information bar now, akin to what MM had. In portrait you can choose 2 options and in landscape you can choose 3. Walking mode you can choose 4. You can choose from: ETA, speed, elevation, remaining distance, remaining time, time, signal level, route length.

and the biggest is the mad time assessments it makes. Last week I drove the 150miles to Leeds and Aura proudly told me it would take me 1 hour 48 minutes. In reality it took 3 hours.

This is something I've brought up with them. For a 1.9mile journey on 30mph roads it was giving a duration of 1min46secs. That's an average of 64.5mph! And, yes, they DID have the speed correct on the map!!

Likewise, Bradford to London (199miles) was giving 2hrs31 (average speed 79.6mph) whereas google and various satnavs were saying nearer 4 hours.

Sygic are looking at it though.

Map My India the reseller of Sygic in India is not even aware of any kind of updates from Sygic. leave aside provide it.

The customer care guys at Sygis say they can provide updates only for the products bought from their eshop.

i have Mobile Maps 10 bought with India maps from Map My India, can anyone help upgrade it. or is it possible to have panning capability in the navigation view.
I cannot pan the map in the navigation view. so to see the areas around the current position I have to zoom out, but, reduces the detail.
