Volume problem on BB Bold 9000

Hi,

I'm a new beta tester for Telmap5 on the Blackberry Bold 9000 in the UK.

I was previously using the Vodafone branded version of Telmap with no sound problems at all.

However, the volume with Telmap5 is so low, it can't be heard over the engine noise and I can't find any way to increase it. Can anyone help?

In addition to this, I have the know bug with Bluetooth. I get no sound at all when I am connected to my BMW's built in Bluetooth. Is there a fix coming for this as I don't like having to make a choice between hands free phone use or navigation?
