Hi Forum,
We have received several reports from users having problems with downloading and installing our latest release of Telmap5.
We are working to find a solution and I will update on the forum when we do. Please bear with us.
Registration for new members is suspended until we find a solution.

Good to know you are looking into this. As a side note. I went to download the latest version of TelMap having upgraded my Blackberry Bold 9700 to OS6 and I was asked for my username and password. I wasn''t aware I'd set one up and I've never seen this before. Is this something new?

Hi,
Yes - we're also looking into that user/pwd dialog that is now popping up.
As Guy found out - you can just dismiss that dialog and continue with the download.

I wonder whether there's a download link or some other way to reinstall the previous version while we wait for the 9700 issues to be resolved.

Yes, that would be great! I currently am paying for an application which I cannot use - a link to 4.5 would be very useful - please TUGAdmin  |

Paying? What are you paying for? The beta is free to TUG members. |
I was paying for the previous 4.5 version as a non-member of TUG, I originally bought the Voda Find and Go service, then ended up with a non-branded version of Telmap after I got my previous BB (an 8900). They sent me a link to upgrade, which turned out to be this TUG member version. So I've ended up with no version I can use! |
