Can't download new database to my iPhone 4

I bought the PGPS app for my 3GS iphone in June and paid the £19.99 subscription.

Now I have the iPhone4 and it still stays 'You are not subscribed for downloads'

I've clicked the link ' Link PocketGPSWorld account' and put in my username and password , but all it says is 'Username is already linked to this device' ans nothing happens.

I've just changed my email address on PGPS world, I don't know if this is the problem.
