Live Services i.e Traffic info - costs and data size

I have a HTC Hero. Thinking of downloading Copilot 8 UK maps for Android. I also like the look of the Premium Services deal at £9.99 but I am concerned that my BT mobile download package restricts me to 10Mb limit a month.

Will this give me enough data?
How big is a standard packet of Traffic data?
Do I need to change my package fore everyday driving?

I do not use the Mobile Internet allowance for anything else. Usually find a free Wifi or FON.

It's very difficult to quantify the amount of data that would be consumed but it would be entirely possible to exceed 10mb in a month of use.

Are you certain your package limit is 10Mb and not 10Gb?

10Mb is correct. £5 a month for Unlimited - but that is really 500Mb.

Perhaps I will try it on present plan. I do like what I have read about Copilot and I do not use "traffic" updates every journey on my Tomtom 910.
