1390t camera icons

hi....haven finally had enough of the games that tomtom seem to be playing i have decided to renew my gps with a garmin 1390t. I am very happy with the unit and find it very accurate and so much less frustrating then my tomtoms.(there have been many!)....the only issues that i seem to have are ....i find the mapping quite unclear and in some instances quite confusing in some situations...and the speaker is not great.....and i dont think the alg is a good as the tt....but it is a great unit. I have managed to put liz on the unit for my camera alerts ( the garmin takes more playing with then the tt which seems more plug and play......i am struggling with the icons....i cant find a thread or a way to install and work the icons as at the moment all i seem to get is the gray box in the centre of the screen.....many thanks for any reply...
