TT Home says map is out of date

I have just updated my XL LIVE IQ routes with new map and new app. When it was done i get map is out of date (5 free mapshare updates waiting) in the top right of the TT Home page. When i click update my device there is mapshare there and i click install. When it is done i get back to the home page and it is still out of date and there is 5 free mapshare updates. Has anyone else had this problem. Also i have another 10 months left of my map update yearly service so i know it is not that.
