Help with download

When I download the database I still have spec cameras showing which according to download map were removed months ago,I have windows 7 64 bit,I am wondering what I may be doing wrong. Tom Tom 520

You may have some TEMP files on your unit that were removed from the downloads a while back. These are no longer updated and need to be removed from your unit.

Also have you always downloaded the same type (i.e. Speed Zoned or Consolidated)? Mixing the 2 duplicates the database and old data won't be over written.

Best way is to remove all the PGPSW OV2 and BMP files (they start with "pocketgps_") from the unit and start again...

Have a look in your UK&ROI map folder using Windows Explorer and if the file "pocketgps_uk_specs_tbd.ov2" is in there delete it - Mike

Thanks for your help, I deleted everything and started again ,this has sorted the problem.
