S30 3D product key number

Can someone please help me casue im going bananas here lokking for the 16 digit product key number for upgrading the maps. Apparently it is on back of documentation or CD case but that is a 15 digit number.

Can someone tell me where 16 digit is PLEASE?

It appears you might have to speak to Navman.

To recover any existing product keys in Navdesk click on Tools then recover keys.
IF you are trying to update or unlock extra bit the product keys mus be purchased from Navman.

If you have just openend Navdesk and you are on the activation tab, click on to another tab and use as you wish.
