GPS with height and width restrictions

I have a TomTom Go, the original TT offering. It worked well enough for me when I had a Smiley Transit self-build Motorhome but I have since got something a bit bigger. The new beast is 7m long, 2.3m wide and nearly 3m high; it also weighs in at nearly 4T.

I would like to replace the TT Go with a more up to date wide screen GPS. I would like to have the height and width restriction option but it does seem to be a heck of a lot of money if I stay with TomTom

Any suggestions please 'cos I'm getting confused
