copilot 7 routing

Okay my copilot is licensed for uk and ireland - how can i route for France and spain? went in settings/licence, say type full, map data for eu region is green tick but rest are red x
If i click upgrade and use internet i get enter product key and then says incorrect product key?

Any ideas, and yes its a legit copy, came preinstalled with phone from 02

What key did you use? I would guess your existing key is only good for the UK & Ireland map, since that is all you bought as a license. In that case I guess you will need to purchase the Western Europe version?
