Go 300 Speed Camera Update

Hi

Dont know if anyone can help with this, or even if its possible!
When updating the speed camera (I use Zoned by speed etc,) I sometimes (I am sure it has been OK before !) lose all the Warn when near PIO settings and have to go through them all one by one to reset.

So 2 questions - how can I keep the warnings active?

and if I cant, is there a way to "block program" the whole lot in one go?

This is known to happen when upgrading the map itself but shouldn't normally. The settings are held in the mapsettings.cfg file which is in the same folder as your map data. Once you have set up the alerts, make a copy of this file somewhere else (mine is in the root folder on the 730).

Whenever the settings are lost, you just need to connect it to the PC and copy the file back. Note that this also holds your home location, recent destinations etc so any changes to them will be lost.

You can't block program them but doing the above should mean you only have to do it once.
