I don't see anyone else with this problem. I can see the maps and the cameras but the app will not update the cameras. I am a subscriber and even have a lifetime membership having found 2 new cameras.
When I click on the cog icon set-up and click Update cameras I get contacting server.... Then two buttons appear: link to a/c, above and register, below. After a few seconds the link button disappears. Pressing register results in precisely nothing happening.
Whilst doing all this I am logged into the Web site on my PC have WiFi enabled and am connected to iTunes with the USB cable. Is there a delay in registering the iTunes purchase or am I missing something very obvious.
Server says 8.022 (27193)
Device says Default (26806)

as you already have a subscription you should press the link to account button. you will be prompted to enter your username and password for the site and then it will show your current subscription details.

then you will be able to download the updated database.

What you said to do was in fact what I was doing, or rather trying to do. The link to register wasn't going anywhere!

My web browser (iPhone) is Mercury not the default Safari. As soon as I swapped them back to the default setting the link worked perfectly and I am now linked and updated. Again thanks, looks a good product, I assume that the option with mobiles: Tap icon on map, "yes I saw it" is the same as seen again on the big web site, if so a nice touch and much easier.
