Nokia 5800 conflict with TT Data Connection

I have the bluetooth connection problem with my 5800 and TT730.

It refuses to make a bluetooth connection unless the phone has been restarted.

TT are no help they blame Nokia.

Nokia say it's TT as the don't update the bluetooth protocol apparently.

It's a real pain keep restarting the phone and the TT.

Yep I now use an old W810i seemless pairing everytime, and I can use the TT message feature, downside is it's only a 2G phone so data can be slow.

I am also using an Asda sim.

EDIT: Service Center's ??? don't make me laugh, this is my 3rd 5800XM they are all the same.

Don't get me wrong I love my 5800XM but as I am in and out of the car all night (Cab Driver) I can't spare the time to keep turning thr phone and TT on and off all night.
