I have a tomtom one iq routes (europe) I updated it with the latest map etc via tomtom home last night. I am driving to Brighton today and get the usual camera warnings only to find that a camera in a 70mph zone has '31' in the red circle on the tomtom. Another 50mph zone gave a '19' alert. What is wrong please? It was fine before the update |

Its a known bug, apparantly in the UK we need to drive on the other side of the road and use metric speed limits to avoid this - Give them some time and it will get fixed as this sort of MPH/ KPH confusion has been seen before - Mike |

I've just bought a TomTom GO 950 LIVE and noticed the same thing this morning; the speed limit is obviously held in kmph, whereas the icon in the top left shows the limit in mph. I had a '19' icon for a 30 mph Gatso.
Hopefully TomTom will issue an update to resolve the issue soon. _________________ TomTom GO 950 LIVE |

Or dump them and get a database that you can rely on, if you rely on TomTom's then you are playing Russian Roulette! _________________ Darren Griffin |

The only way they can compete is to give it away for free on the live services, but even then what point is there if it's useless?
The only worthwhile database is the PGPSW which of course we all know full well.
With Ash's camera manager it is unbeatable, we just need to get TT and Garmin to allow directional POI's and then the package is complete. Not likely I suppose as this feature is the only USP they have for their own systems. |

Not the USP, they have got plenty. They just don't work |
