Nissan Connet POI Icons

Has anyone managed to get the Nissan Connect SatNav system to show the speed camera icons.I notice when you download the csv file the instructions also say to delete everything except the csv &bmp files ,yet it does not say to put the bmp file on the usb stick.
Also how can i turn up the sound of the speed camera warnings???

As far as we can ascertain, it does not use the icons. Others have experimented with this and it does not import them nor is there any information from Nissan on icons or icon formats.
