Yes Please, but to simplify it just do the following folders:
bin
EnglishGb
EnglishGb/ Kate (subfolder)
EnglishTE
lib
Pay attention to the case of the letters and folder names as this is very important, If you use drivez to go at the LoquendoTTS folder it should do the whole lot including all subfolders I thought? - Mike |

DriveZ shows the sub folders and files for each folder. Does not break down the subfolders further unless I go in to them singularly .
Thanks for all this by the way. |

Well, the individual files seem ok to me, I think...
I, too, have Kate:
So, when I open the EnglishGB folder in Loquendo, I see what's in the top image. When I open the Kate folder, I see what's in the next shot. _________________ David |

OK - after all that has gone on the last 2 days ( for which I am grateful so don't get me wrong ) .......................
I thought - nothing to lose by installing the original backup I made when the TT came out of the box - to the device. The drive had been formatted anyway and was clean. Surely if the fals memory was bu**ered then it should not work. hey presto - TT working fine. Computer voices and all!!
before I do more -
I now have v7.220 and West Euro map 7101576
Can I just connect to Home and update the application and..... can I simply use explorer to update my map back to what it was before using the backed up version on my 'plutor?
Seems like the full format has sorted the problem. |

My feeling would be to restore the map and THEN update the application. If everything works, then, of course, another full Explorer backup is in order. _________________ David |

OK - time to close this one down.
Everything back to normal but I think we have sussed that it needed a total format of the internal memory to clear whatever glitch there was. Could have been worse I suppose. Off now to sit and re program the blessed POI camera alerts etc. AGAIN!!!
Thanks to all who took an interest and tried to help.
Don't suppose you found anything in those files Mike? |

Nothing appears to be missing, looks like one or more files might have got screwed up on the device which a format and clean re-install will have sorted out - Glad to hear its working again though - Mike |
