Snooper Syrius Proline software updates.

hi,

I have been in contact with snooper regarding this question but they keep coming back with the same answer and not understanding the question.

Can you update the software/firmware on the snooper?

I have a early version of the Snooper Syruis S2020 Proline. It is a ok sat nav but lacking in features compared to other brands. Although one of the most expensive.

As mine is an early version i am guessing snooper must of revised the software/firmware.

My question is have they updated the software? Can i get it? where do i get it from? and... how to install it?

Snoopers answer the my question is. Yes there are map updates availible and no matter how i try to explain it they dont understand what i mean.

hi sorry it has been a long time for a reply but yes youi can get a free update by sending them an email to snooperuk.com putting your model no and s/n with your address and you should get your map and software update by post on a dvd then you make sure you plug into the mains supply and update from the dvd hope this helps as I receved mine 3 weeks ago
