Handnav - Help!?

Hi All,

Does anyone know if Handnav normally dont answer the phone, or should I really start worrying?? I have ordered from them before with no problems, however I am waiting for a Smartclip that was ordered on the 5th April and "released" last Friday 23rd April. I have been trying to ring since 4pm today, and have been attempting to fax since 4.20pm today, no reply on either number!!!.....

Any ideas anyone, or is this to be expected, and before you ask, if I lived closer yes I would drive there!

Hi Shane ,i have used Handnav several weeks ago,and got the parts i ordered,i phoned them and got hold of a guy called Chetan eventually who was very helpfull,so i should not worry to much i feel sure you will get your parts,all though it may be a bit long winded.

I received my Smart Clip form HandNav today after waiting 15 days......and its the wrong one!! (Should have been as my order, and their paerwork, a Passat >97, but they sent a Passat 88-96). I have tried calling about 10 times today, and its either engaged or no answer.

This clip will be going back for a refund, as soon as I can get hold of someone, as I refuse to wait another 15 days (or longer).

They have also failed to respond to emails sent requesting estimated delivery times during the past couple of weeks.

I probably wont order from them again, so if anyone knows for another distributor for the SmartClip......let us know.
