"Home" problem

My laptop is having problems when I've connected my Go720 and am trying to download updates from Home. I'm getting the following error message: "Error when connecting server: The connection to TomTom server timed out".
It can't be timing out as I'm doing all the usual stuff quickly enough. This has been the same for about a week now and I can't download the latest sat positions or anything else.
I've copied the details of the error message if somebody can work it out for me!!

The details are: "ERROR: 2152398862/#https://home.tomtom.com/redir/services: Error from server: The connection to the TomTom server timed out.

Did the Home software and your 720 ever work on the Laptop previously or did you used to use a different PC? - Mike

Mike - it's always worked fine until the last few days.

Try and temporalily disable your firewall or AV protection (Zone Alarm, Norton etc) to see if an update to this has blocked Home.
