Do I have a TTS problem

I seem to have a slight problem with my device, in that when I get spoken text, such as next road name and road number/type etc..it tends to end in a garble if the text has words longer than two syllables. It seems that the device is too fast for the function ...is it me, or does anyone else have this problem ?
I can, of course switch this function off (Speech Preferences) and just rely on basic directions, which are fine.

Makes a change from Kate stuttering and taking for ever to get to the end of a sentence!

Try a hard reset and clearflash - may help, may not.
