go510 problem

my go 510 works but having trouble when plugged in to charge
the mount is loose but when plugged in power lights on is it new mount needed or could it be battery
cos never really held it's charge before , but even when power lights on won't always come on.
ne1 got a spare mount or battery dint wanna pay a lot for 1 & find out it's summet else

Welcome to the forum, are you sure the power connector going to the desktop charging cradle is securly connected, there was an issue with these plugs being lose on some x10 devices.

Does this only occur with the desktop cradle or do you see the same problem with it sat on the car dock? - Mike
