TTR2 and headset for Car use

Hi all,

Very happy with the TTR 2 I bought just before Christmas, now have car mount (£39.99 from Play.com) but am having issues setting up an in-car headset for use as handsfree... The headset I have is a Motorola HS810, which the TTR will recognise, but when looking at the functionality it says "serial port" and then the headset shows the ? through it when connected, and doesn't work. I've asked TT what headsets are suported, but they have yet to respond. Anyone got any ideas? If I have to bin the 810 I don't mind but I don't want to spend a fortune on a replacement...

Well, I've answered my own question by accident and thought I would share the info here.

This works with my TTR2 on car mount, Nokia 6500 Classic, and old Motorola HS810 B/T headset.

Both the headset and TTR2 are individually paired with the phone. I have found that if I start the headset up BEFORE I start the TTR2, when the TTR2 comes on , I have both the GPRS data connection for traffic info and the headset works with the phone. The TTR displays yellow ? against the headset and the phone, but as it "works" who cares? I continue to get traffic updates and can receive and make calls.
