Are Newsletters still going out? (They're not reaching me)

First of all, I'd just like to add my vote of appreciation for a great site. Always informative and up-to-date. (But you really MUST come up with some new April Fools for next year - I spotted the recycled ones straight away <g>.)

Anyway, respecting Dave's post that he would no longer be able to reply to "technical" email, and not sure whether my query came under this heading, I looked for a "webmaster" contact to send this to. I didn't find one, so opted for trying this forum instead - I trust I'm in the right place.

For some time (several months - not sure how long, exactly), I haven't had any PocketGPS newsletters, even though the information in My Account says I'm signed up for them. Is there something wrong with my config somehow, or have you stopped sending them out? It's POSSIBLE that they stopped when I got fed up of all the spam I was getting from Bigfoot and changed my email address, but I can't be sure.

Thanks in advance for any light you can shed, and keep up the good work.

It's best to post any messages here in the forums, my email has really become unmanageable. I've had to start trashing a lot of email that comes in because it's still taking far too long to post my replies asking people to use the forums.

Unfortunately the Pocket GPS Newsletter finished in August when we moved to a completely different platform. We were (and still are) looking to do a newsletter, its on the list of tasks to complete as soon as we find time. The problem with most things that are reptiticious week in and out is it takes an increasing more slice of what time we have available which means other things may not get done. That said, we want to bring newsletters back and had hoped to bring it back at the start of the year, so stay tuned.

Thanks for the prompt response. At least now I know I'm not cracking up <g> (and I'll just have to keep checking the site / Avantgo page).
