What update?

If you mean TomTom Navigator 3 upgrade, it would be helpful to state so. The latest information on upgrades is in this thread, and it would probably be helpful if such information was kept in that thread, which has a clear title and is in the appropriate forum.

In short, nobody has yet reported receiving an upgrade. At the time of writing, then if TomTom started shipping on the day they said, they've only been shipping for around 24 hours.
