just deactivated my smartphone after following instructions on copilot webite to update software and put on speed camera database. now phone is deactivated but can't reactivate as website did not accept codes. so now stuck. am i doing something stupid?

A simialar thing happened to me - I called support and they reset the activation count for me so I was able to install again.
