Hi, sorry if it's a bit basic as it's my first post, please be gentle with me Smile

This issue has been resolved with version 4.10 of the firmware for nuvi 660.


Does anyone know, has anybody been brave enough to try yet (with the 3.10 update installed) if the 257 POI category issue has been resolved for a Garmin Nüvi 760?

I am very tempted to load the POI's onto the machine instead of the SD card (as I'm still waiting for the day when my wife presses 'yes' instead of 'no' on the 'do you want to copy to machine' start up screen, probably then locking up the unit.)

You CAN get rid of that message- although in a very counter intuitive way;

Select YES when asked! (you'd never guess huh?)
Then select 'dont ask me again' box
Then 'SKIP'
