I wouldn't mind trading places with him, especially if Jamie Lee Curtis was still available. _________________ Tim |

Like PaulB I seem to attract the attention of the security staff whenever I fly. The passport photo does me no favours.
Last year equipped with only the bare essentials for a Harley trip, I had my bag tipped out and made to remove my cowboy boots and put them through the scanner tunnel separately, then walk through in my socks to the amusement of the many onlookers waiting in the queue.
This year, with a back pack crammed with 7.1Kg of laptop, spare batteries, phone, mp3, cables, camera and several chargers, I thought "get ready". But I was surprised to go straight through unchallenged |

I had to send my laptop through separately, when I went out to corsica. The security staff then had to tell me several times to remove my belt before realising I wasn't wearing one. _________________ Dom

I wonder what the Buxton clan would think of that. _________________ Richard

It seems that I too have now joined the "Grab 'im, Search 'im" targetted group. After stepping through the thingy going out from Cardiff I was almost strip searched. I had absolutely nothing about me but my teeth. Same happened homeward at Corfu airport and I even took the teeth out and offered to wave them through the thingy to help them out. I still suffered the feely business from top to bottom (feet)! _________________ Dennis
